In particular, there are two main stages in the construction of a volleyball court, these are infrastructure phase and the iron construction phase. A perimeter beam is formed by pouring C-20 dose of ready-mixed concrete into the perimeter molds. C-20 ready-mixed concrete 12-15 cm high with mesh steel reinforcement is poured on the crushed stone, which is leveled, by giving a slope of approximately 0.5%. After the poured concrete is corrected, it is waited by irrigation for 15 days for drying.

At the end of the curing period of the concrete floor, 5 cm high zero asphalt is laid and compacted with a roller. It is waited for at least 15 days for gas removal in order to be able to apply on the compressed asphalt floor.

 

How About the Iron Construction Phase in Volleyball Court Construction?

After the infrastructure phase of the volleyball court construction is completed, 76x3mm pipes with a height of 4m are vertically welded to the pipes 89x3mm placed on the concrete line. Three rows 60x2.5mm pipes are fixed horizontally by welding to the uprights. 60x2,5mm pipes are fixed by welding diagonally to the long and short side corners of the field.

For lighting, cascading projector poles are created by using 60x2.5mm pipes between four pieces of 5m high 76x3mm pipes on the long sides of the field. A hinged door is made from 60x2.5mm pipe from the place deemed suitable for the construction. The construction of the volleyball court is completed by painting all iron production in two layers with special metal rust paint.

 

What Kind of Stages Should Be Done After These Phases in Volleyball Court Construction?

Especially the net-wire mesh, lighting – electricity, and then flooring systems are going to be done in volleyball court construction as final steps. In the iron construction, the volleyball court is covered with a 4m high 40x40mm mesh size, 3.5mm wall thickness, dipped galvanized PVC coated spiral wire mesh. Output from the luminaires with a 3x2.5 TTR cable is made and connections are made to the mainline in the junction box. In the completed construction, and IP 65 class electrical panel is placed in a suitable place.
